Bozeman Pass Internet Service

High Speed Connectivity for 110.8 degrees west, 45.6 degrees north (and thereabouts)

The Bozeman Pass Network was founded to provide high speed internet service to rural and otherwise underserved areas around Livingston, Montana. In much of this terrain, there is no DSL, Cable Modem or even T-1 service available. Dial up connections often don't exceed 24Kbits, and the available satellite services have serious uplink speed and latency problems. We built a microwave network to provide connectivity for our primary Software Development business. That network is also available to deliver residential and small business Internet Service to customers that have no available DSL or Cable Modem service. Unfortunately from November 2005 we will no longer be accepting new customers. This is a result of the high cost we pay to subsidize the service and a lack of spare time to perform new cusotmer installation work.
